The Philips Eco-Conscious Edition Kettle has water level indicators, including a one-cup indicator which can help you save electricity and water by using just the amount you need, the kettle itself is cordless and has a 360° pirouette base for easy lifting and seamless replacing. With its modern, minimalistic design, the Philips Eco-Conscious Edition Kettle includes a detachable lid in a stylish wood pattern for easy refilling and cleaning as well as a  removable anti-limescale filter that ensures the water you pour into your cup is clean. A concealed stainless steel heating element enables the kettle to boil faster and gives you the ability to clean it more easily. Other design features include an automatic switch-off function that turns off the kettle when the water is ready or when the kettle is lifted from the base as well as an indicator light incorporated on the power switch when the kettle is turned on.
