A thermo-ventilated fan will ensure that all of your food is cooked evenly. The Smeg Linea 60cm Built-In Oven is powered by electricity, and with thermo-ventilation technology, you can cook food on any of the 5 shelf levels, and there will be no flavour transfer or mixing of smells.

EverClean Enamel With Vapour Clean

The Smeg Linea 60cm Built-In Oven has an Ever Clean enamel interior, that is applied electrostatically, to cover every corner and edge, to prevent cracking over time. With an Ever Clean interior, a resistance to acids is built up, to promote greater cleaning of the oven walls. In addition, it will reduce the adhesion of fat during cooking.

Vapour Clean function uses steam to help loosen deposits in the oven, for easy cleaning of the interior.

Various Cooking Functions

With a 70L oven that has ten cooking functions, you can cook foods in a wide variety of ways on this Smeg built-in oven. The functions include:

• Static cooking - for cooking one dish at a time as the heat comes from the top and bottom only
• Fan assisted - the fan, along with heat from the top and bottom works together to cook your food outside and keeps the moister inside
• Circulaire - a function that is ideal for cooking all types of dishes as heat comes from the top and bottom, while the fan allows you to cook on multiple levels
• Turbo - a handy function that combines heat from three directions to quickly cook your food. It is ideal for cooking large volumes of food or food that requires intense cooking
• Eco – combines grill, fan and lower element for particular cooking of small quantities of food
• Grill - uses the double heating element for intense heating
• Fan with grill element –  combines the double heating element with fan, that is ideal for cooking large cuts of meat
• Base - heat comes from the bottom of the cavity, making it ideal for food that requires extra base heat, without further browning
• Circulaire with lower element– combines the fan with the bottom element to cook foods that are ready on the surface, but require more cooking inside, without further browning
• Pizza - ideal for making pizza in a pan, as it allows for pizza to have a soft inside and a crispy outside, while ensuring that the toppings are coked to perfection.
