Their knives have an ergonomic, easy-grip handle that creates a comfortable non-slip grip, even when it is wet. The Gripline Series Knives are perfect for starter and intermediate chefs.
With a protective bolster, the chances of your fingers slipping onto the blade whilst cutting are reduced, as it provides balance.

Do's And Don'ts
