By using this function, your cooktop will be separated into 3 different heat zones, which will be activated when placing your pans on them. You are able to adjust the power levels by moving your cookware. You can go from high-temperature roasting at the front to keeping your meals warm at the back that are done.
flexInduction
The Siemens 90cm Electric Induction Hob flexInduction is here to automatically extend to accomodate extra large cookware up to 24cm. This means that if one zone is not big enough, the hob will take control and activate more indicators for even heating. This feature can also be used for griddle plates up to 40cm long.
