This Weber Charcoal Heat Controller, designed for the 57cm kettle charcoal braai, is used for assisting in high-heat searing or low-and-slow cooking. It consists of a cone and diffuser ring. The cone is designed to position the charcoal for up to 7 hours of low-and-slow temperature (110°C - 135°C) when you are using charcoal briquettes, while the diffuser ring provides even heat across the surface. Ideal for creating those crispy wings, meats and tasty vegetables.
