The Traeger Ironwood XL Wood Pellet Grill has two tiers of porcelain-coated steel grates for 924 square inches of cooking space, a brushless motor that allows the grill to get hotter, faster. It is also equipped with a meat probe and all-terrain, lock-casting wheels.
